Let's be honest about what we can offer from the outset. Capturing vocals, acoustic instruments, electric guitars, bass and keyboards to a very high quality is our speciality. Recording a live band or live drums is not, though we do have a Roland V-Drums TD-17KVX midi kit here. Programming of drums, bass, keys and strings are also offered.

Arranging, mixing and producing a song - a 'start to finish' service is our skill set within a range of styles. Session player contacts with experience of working with top names on albums, TV and radio can be booked if wanted (fees subject to individual players).

Recording only will be @ £250 per day. Any project that is going to multiple days or longer will probably need to be a bespoke-agreed budget to be financially viable for you (and us).

Typical Session Plan

Initial Meet

Discussion of your track(s) with decisions on sound, arrangement and mix/production style. Give us at least two reference tracks that will be the basis for us producing that sound that you want. Decision on Mic choice is also critical to this. Any work on setting up a track or editing a track might be done at this stage if needed before the first recording session.

Recording Session(s)

Recording of vocals/instruments. Mic tests advisable at this stage, though we will have a very good idea of which few mics will suit your voice and be best suited to the track/mix.

Editing/Mixing

We will gain stage and edit tracks as necessary and produce a mix.

Mastering

The final process. We will produce a master in Wav 24 bit, iTunes+ and Mp3 192 hq file formats.
